Shelly Hill is a licensed business analyst who has worked in corporate, non-profit, and start-up settings. She has been responsible for providing innovative business process improvement plans and bottom line results, as well as managing all aspects of the projects associated with those solutions. Her technical expertise, communication skills, and training as a coach allow her to quickly and accurately provide analysis and recommendations for a wide variety of business needs.

Shelly graduated from Mount Royal College with degrees in Social Sciences and Criminology. After managing reporting and service level agreements for CB Richard Ellis, she returned to school for an Office Administration Diploma. From there, she accepted a position as the Executive Director at the Cochrane Youth Association, where she developed a business plan that doubled the funding for the organization and increased the level of Community Partnerships by 25%.

She transitioned back into the corporate world with a position at Nexix, Inc, in the custom software and web development division. There, she developed a new workflow application, and helped redefine the company’s business model. She became a formally certified business analyst, and moved to Nexen, Inc., where she took on the testing metrics and the development of an Onboarding Portal and Identity Management System with the HR Department.

She has also attended the Banff Centre for Leadership Training to be certified in Coaching for Performance. Her specialties continue to be the iterative development of agile business methodologies and prototypes, and executive planning and consulting.
